The staff must identify hazardous, high-risk areas; those areas must be made inaccessible to children to reduce the possibility of injuries and accidents.
Outside on the large playground there was a large gap. The large gap was between two pieces of black resilient surfacing playground titles that was posing a tripping hazard.
