In the Maple classroom there was a red and yellow soft climbing block that had torn edges. The red and yellow covering was peeling off at the edges and posing a safety hazard. Also, in the Maple classroom there was a blue balance bean laying on the ground and one of the corners were missing posing a safety hazard.
