In the break room there were two batteries in an unlocked drawer posing a possible safety hazard. Correction: All indoor and outdoor materials and furnishings including long cords and batteries must be stored inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit the staff member removed the box fan and made it inaccessible to children.
