A roll of plastic bags was observed sitting on top of the paper towel holder in the bathroom off room 111. Correction: Immediately (5/19/25) remove plastic bags and make sure they are inaccessible to children. Teacher corrected at time of visit by moving bags to a high shelf inaccessible to children.
