Observed SM#6 alone with 13 mixed age preschool children from Room 153, SM#1 alone with 17 mixed age preschool children from Room 150, and SM#3 alone with 15 mixed age preschool children from Room 152. Correction: Maintain proper ratios at all times. Submit plan of action for covering staff breaks during children's lunch times with written response to specialist. Correct by 02/11/2026
