Outside of classroom 104 on the sign in and out table there was 3 containers of sunscreen labeled "keep out of reach of children" and were accessible to children. FAX 303-866-4453 Phone 303-866-5948 ________________________________________________ In classroom 105 there was a bottle of hand soap labeled "keep out of reach of children” sitting on the children's handwashing sink. Also, there was a large container of sunscreen sitting on a shelf near the door labeled "keep out of reach of children" and was accessible to children. Correction: Ensure that all items labeled "keep out of reach of children" must be kept inaccessible to children. ***Corrected at the time of the visit the teacher in 104 and 105 put all items in a locked cabinet making everything inaccessible to children.
