In room 125, two tubs of disinfecting wipes labeled "keep out of reach of children" were located in an unlocked cabinet under the sink and one bottle of lotion labeled "keep out of reach of children" was observed sitting next the the sink accessible to children. Correction: Items labeled "keep out of reach of children" must be inaccessible to children. Correct immediately. Corrected at time of visit. Teacher moved both tubs of disinfecting wipes and the bottle of lotion to a high shelf so the items were no longer accessible to children. No further action necessary. Correct by 01/05/2024
