The following hazardous items were located on a cart accessible to children: 7 spray bottles with cleaning solutions for the table. Correction: All hazardous items must be inaccessible to childrena at all times. Correct immediately. Corrected at time of visit. Progam manager made cart inaccessible by blocking it off to children at time of visit.. No further action needed at this time. Correct by 03/11/2024
