7.707.931.B · The outdoor play space must be enclosed with at least a forty-two inch (42" ) fence or natural barrier. If a natural barrier is used, it must begin no higher than three and one-half inches (3-1/2" ) from the ground. If the home does not have a fenced play space, provisions must be made for outdoor play in an area approved by the State Department.
