Identified through staff statements that Jamie T. was over ratio on 9.25.2023 for 11 minutes, and Kimberly M. calls the front to inform them that they are over ratio in the a.m. and than someone would come into the classroom. Correction: The ratio of the youngest child in the toddler classroom must be maintained. Correct immediately by 9.28.2023, and submit a written statement of compliance to the Specialist by 10.5.2023.
