In the kitchen there was dish soap and dishwasher pods on the sink counter labeled "keep out of reach", in the downstairs bathroom there was deodorant, contact lens solution and hair dye in an unsecured caddy drawer labeled "keep out of reach", and in the pass through bathroom there was shaving cream labeled "keep out of reach" and sharp razors under the sink in an unlocked cabinet. All items were accessible and posed a potential hazard to children. Correction: Ensure that hazardous items are inaccessible to children at all times. Correct Immediately. ** Corrected at the time of visit by locking the kitchen soaps in the under sink cabinet, making the downstairs bathroom caddy inaccessible to children and by removing the shaving cream and razors from the pass through bathroom.
