This training must be renewed annually.
At the time of the visit, two provider files were reviewed. It was found that one provider had an expired Child Abuse Prevention training certificate, which expired on May 8, 2025. Correction: Immediately review all files to ensure they contain a current Child Abuse Prevention training certificate.
