At the time of visit, observed Playground Two (2) with a one and a half (1.5) inch gap between the playgrounds climbing equipment tube and the base, all around, several inch bubbling in the top of the tube causing a rough surface, peeling paint on the playground equipment exposing rust and a missing bolt on equipment tubing for Playground 3.
