During the safety walk-through, observed the blue slide was on a floor mat outside in the children's play area. 7.707.934.C · Outdoor play space, including areas under decks must be free from safety hazards including, but not limited to, lawn mowers, tools, propane, gasoline, building scraps, and scrap metal. Gas grills with propane tanks must have a safety on/off knob on it.
During the safety walk-through, observed a green broken planter by the grill, the shed was unlocked containing tools accessible to children, the blue slide was broken on top where the children sit down, the grill utensils were hanging by the grill, and about 20 metal posts were lying next to the house in the area where the children play. All items were accessible to children. Correction: Immediately ensure all hazardous items and materials are inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit, the provider threw away the planter, the metal posts were moved to the other side of the house inaccessible to children, the slide was thrown away, and the grill utensils were placed in the grill inaccessible to children.
