2.312.D.1 · Prior to working with children all staff members caring for children not required by rule to be certified in First Aid and CPR must complete the Department-approved basic First Aid and CPR module. This module must be renewed every two (2) years.

At the time of the visit, Licensing Specialist reviewed the Providers file and found the Provider (Luann P) has an expired CPR/First Aid training certication. Correction: Immediately ensure a current Department-approved CPR/First Aid certification is present in Providers file. Submit a copy of the current CPR/First Aid training certification for Luann P and a written statement of compliance by 1/31/2025. Correct by 01/17/2025
