2.336.C.1 · All hazardous items and materials must be inaccessible to children including, but not limited to, office supplies, matches, plastic bags, cleaning and laundry materials, perfumes, curling irons, adult sharp scissors and knives, cosmetics, shaving lotions, hair products, poisonous plants, and all items labeled by manufacturer as “keep out of reach of children.”

At the time of the visit, there was dog shampoo labeled 'keep out of reach of children' located in the bath on the outer ledge of the bathtub, that was accessible to children. Correction: Immediately ensure that all items labeled keep out of reach of children are stored in areas inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit, the provider moved the dog shampoo behind a locked door making it inaccessible to children. Correct by 10/08/2025
