2.510.G · At any time when nine (9) or more children are in care at the center, there must be at least one (1) program leader actively supervising children and another responsible person at least sixteen (16) years of age on the premises. When eight (8) or fewer children are present, there must be at least one (1) program leader on duty and a second staff member on call who is immediately available in an emergency.

Site Director was present at the time of inspection, but no other staff member was assigned for this shift. 12 children were present. On call staff members were not immediately available, as they were not on the premises and would have to be called in an emergency. Correction: A second staff member must be present when there are 9 or more children are in attendance, and immediately available at all times. Submit written plan for future compliance by 4/21/2026.
