2.138.A · Emergency drills, lockdown and active shooter on premises drills must be held at least quarterly but often enough so that all occupants are familiar with the drill procedure and their conduct during a drill is a matter of established routine. There was a neutralizer spray, sunscreen and hand sanitizer labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children in the cafeteria, there was a staff purse accessible to children on a shelf in the cafeteria. Correction: Corrected at the time of inspection. Melissa L removed the items and placed them on a shelf that is out of reach of children and in a locked closet. A written response is not required.
