There is a section of a larger wire fence for the playground that is open and not secure which could allow children to leave the playground area and access portions of the backyard that are not authorized for use. There is a section of fence above the retaining wall that is loose and in danger of falling which represents a potential hazard. A portion of the fence on the lower level is rotting at the base and has three thistles growing by it which presents a potential hazard to children. Observed was a tarp covering a sandbox with standing water. Correction: Immediately (05/05/2025) Secure the wire fence sections. Repair fence above the retaining wall.
