Two staff purses were accessible in an unlocked cabinet in the classroom. The was a large hole in the surface of the plastic slide attached to the outdoor play structure. The opening on the upper level of the structure was blocked but the large hole and edges were accessible from the ground. Correction: Immediately (08/24/2023) secure staff purses so that they are inaccessible to children. (Corrected during visit by moving purses to a secure location.) Remove the plastic slide surface with the large jagged hole and ensure that children cannot access the area. Submit signed, written verification of corrections to Licensing with written response no later than 09/07/2023. Correct by 08/24/2023
