On the floor of the upstairs bathroom observed a bin next to the toilet that contained shampoo, conditioner, and air freshener that was accessible to children. On the picnic table in the backyard, observed a bag of potting soil accessible to children. Correction: Immediately ensure all items labeled 'Keep Out of Reach of Children" are inaccessible to children. Corrected at time of visit, the items in the bathroom were removed and placed in the provider's bedroom inaccessible to children. The potting soil was placed in an area not accessible to children.
