At the time of visit observed were three cans of 6 hour chafing fuel with used balled up rags on the patio table in the outdoor area accessible to children. Correction: Immediately ensure all flammable or combustible items are stored in a locked area. At the time of visit observed the bathroom cabinet under the sink and accessible to children, open containers of Clorox Bleach Cleaner, Pinesol, and Member's Mark Sanitizer. Observed in open buckets on plastic shelving in the bathroom were diapering gloves, diapers, and a glade plugin accessible to children. Observed in the shower, accessible to children was an open spray bottle of Scrubbing Bubbles Mega Shower Foamer. Observed in the classroom area was bleach sanitizer on the classroom tables accessible to children with a can of Febreeze Air Mist sitting on the top portion of FAX 303-866-4453 Phone 303-866-5948 ________________________________________________ the dramatic play area. Correction: Immediately ensure all hazardous items and materials are inaccessible to children. Up-to-date, school-required immunizations must be documented as specified on the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) certificate of immunization or on an "approved alternate" certificate of immunization as described in CDPHE regulations at 6 CCR 1009-2:VI(A), (May 15, 2023), no later editions or amendments are incorporated.
