In the Bricker One classroom wipes, hand sanitizer, and a bag for a weighted blanket that indicated keep out of reach of children on the label all accessible to the children in the classroom. Observed in the Bricker Two classroom batteries in an unlocked teacher drawer. Correction: Immediately ensure that items labeled keep out of reach of children are inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of visit in Bricker 1, Mei T. removing the items and putting them in a locked cabinet. In Bricker 2, Lorri B. removing the batteries and placing them up high.
