During the supervisory visit, observed three children walking out of the classroom unattended to the front door to find their parents. Observed two children walked to the front door unsupervised. Observed one child that walked to the bathroom unsupervised. Correction: Immediately ensure that a program leader provides supervision with each group of children. Corrected at time of the visit, the site director arrived at the program, allowing a staff member to walk with the children to the front door. Submit a written statement of future compliance by 5/2/2024. Correct by 04/25/2024
