At the time of the visit observed a soap bottle labeled "keep out of reach of children" to be accessible to children in the bathroom. Also, observed aluminum foil box and plastic wrap box have sharp edges accessible to children in an unlocked drawer in the kitchen. Correction: All hazardous materials must be inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at the time of the visit, the provider removed the items and made them inaccessible to children.
