At time of visit, observed the following hazardous materials accessible to children in the following areas: Gallon sized Ziplock bags, posing a suffocation hazard for children, and tinfoil, containing a sharp edge, which poses a safety hazard for children, in an unlocked drawer in the kitchen. Shower gel labeled Keep Out of Reach of Children and light bulbs located in an unlocked drawer in the bathroom, both posing a safety hazard for children. Diaper cream tube labeled Keep Out of Reach of Children, hanging in kitchen, accessible to children. Correction: All hazardous materials must be inaccessible to children at all times.
