2.127.A · At all times during the operating hours of the facility, except for foster care homes, the facility/agency must post the current child care license in a prominent and conspicuous location easily observable by those entering the child care facility.

At the time of visit, observed the license sticker to be expired as of Aug 2024. Correction: Immediately 2/9/2025, at all times the facility must post the most current child care license. Submit documentation and a written statement of compliance by 2/16/2026. Correct by 02/09/2026

7.701.34.A · . Prior to the original license being issued, following the renovation of the facility that would affect the licensing of the facility and at least every two (2) years thereafter, all child care facilities except family child care homes and Neighborhood Youth Organizations must be inspected and obtain an approving inspection report from the local department of health or the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and from the local fire department. These reports must be maintained at the facility and be available for review upon request by a Licensing Specialist.

At the time of visit the facility did not have an approving fire and health inspections. Correction: Prior to a license being recommended the facility must obtain a current approving fire and health inspection. Submit a written statement of compliance and documentation. Correct by 09/04/2023
