    A puzzle on a shelf in the Preschool 1 room labeled for children 3 years and older. Observed a Caterpillar climber in the Preschool 1 outdoor play yard labeled for children ages 3 years and older. Identified through Director that there are children less than 3 years of age in the Preschool 1 classroom. Correction: Play equipment and materials must be appropriate for the children's age, size, and developmental needs and activities. Corrected at the time of inspection. Director removed the puzzle from the classroom, and removed the Caterpillar climber/ tunnel from the Preschool 1 play yard, making them inaccessible to children less than 3 years of age. No response required for this violation. Correct by 06/02/2025

Identified through Director's statement that there are children in the Preschool 1 classroom that are less than 3.5 years of age.
