During the initial walkthrough of classroom Pre K A, staff reported 13 children in attendance while there were 14 present. 13 children were noted on the attendance sheet. 1 child's attendance was not recorded upon arrival. During a follow up walk through, staff reported 14 children in the rooom. 12 children were present and 14 were listed on the attendance sheet. 2 children had not clocked out from the attendance sheet when they transitioned from the classroom. Correction: The time a child arrives and leaves must be recorded and staff must complete written attendance verification periofically throughout the day, including during transitions.
