In Classroom E585, observed a cord to an air conditioning unity to be loose, longer than 18", and accessible to children posing a potential strangulation hazard. Correction: All hazardous items must be inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at time of visit- staff blocked access to the loose cord. No response required. Correct by 06/11/2024
