Vitamins included the following; CLA 3000, Host Defense mushrooms, New Chapter women's vitamins, Now Black Current Oil, Costco adult vitamin C- 180 gummies. Provider has been previously cited for this same violation on 7/26/2022 and 6/27/2023. Correction: Keep all hazardous items out of the reach of children at all times.
