In room 122, a bottle of hand sanitizer labeled 'keep out of reach of children' was in a pouch on the side of the emergency backpack which was hanging low on the wall, and accessible to children. Correction: Immediately, all items labeled 'keep out of reach of children' must be inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at time of visit, a classroom teacher moved the hand sanitizer to a high cabinet making it inaccessible to children, no response needed. Correct by 02/25/2026
