When specialist walked out of the school and onto the playground observed a child on the playground in Monica D.'s classroom who was swinging upside down with their head pointing toward the ground and their feet in the air. Staff did not tell the child to swing properly until licensing specialist stated that the child was not safe. Correction: Ensure all children are using playground equipment in a proper and safe manner to avoid injuries. Correct immediately. *Corrected at time of inspection, teacher asked student to sit up.
