2.138.A · Emergency drills, lockdown and active shooter on premises drills must be held at least quarterly but often enough so that all occupants are familiar with the drill procedure and their conduct during a drill is a matter of established routine. Fire drills must be held monthly and be consistent with local fire department procedures. Tornado drills must be held monthly from March to October. Around 4:45 p.m., observed two adults and approximately 8 children utilizing the licensed space ("Breckenridge Mountain Camp school age room") while the kids enrolled in this licensed program were utilizing the pool within the Recreation Center. Identified through discussion with one of the adults, this group is a STEM, unlicensed group who usually do not occupy this room but decided to do so on the day of the inspection due inclement weather. Identified this STEM group never co-mingles with the children enrolled in the licensed program.
