Identified through staff statement that attendance tracking sheet was accidentially left in the cafeteria. Observed children had transitioned from the cafeteria to the classroom and written verification of attendance was not completed when the class transitioned from lunch back to the preschool room. Correction: Immediately ensure written attendance verification is taken periodically throughout the day, including during each transition. Corrected at the time of visit. Staff corrected attendance tracking to show all children were present during the transition. Document continued plan of compliance in written response. Correct by 04/10/2024
