This is a direct violatoin of stipulation (G) on the probationary license. Stipulation (G) states "Licensee will use a name-to-face attendance verification tool (paper or electronic form) and complete attendance verification for all transitions and at frequent intervals throughout the day. Licensee shall provide training for all staff on how to use the attendance verification tool and must maintain verification of the training in each employee’s staff file."
