Identified there are two children under 3 years of age in the Preschool classroom today. Observed children using a sensory tub filled with a variety of colorful pom poms. Also observed other children using a different sensory tub filled with sand, dinosaurs and a variety of small stones. Identified the pom poms and small stones fit inside a choke tube. Correction: Immediately ensure materials accessible to children under 3 years of age are not choke hazards. Corrected at the time of the inspection when Preschool teachers removed choking hazards to an area inaccessible to children. Correct by 01/07/2026
