At the time of visit in room 10 on the bookshelf there was a pocket sized bottle of sanitizer labeled " keep out of reach of children " accessible to children. and the storage room was unlocked with Clorox wipes labeled " keep out of reach of children " accessible to children Correction: Correct immediately at all times all items labeled " keep out of reach of children " must be inaccessible to children. Violation was corrected at the time of the visit. teacher removed the sanitizer and locked the storage room.
