In the infant classroom, Expo Markers were on a ledge, accessible to children. Correction: Immediately, all items labeled "keep out of reach of children" must be inaccessible to infants. 2.223.A.2 · The time a child arrives and leaves the center each day must be recorded. Staff members must complete written attendance verification periodically throughout the day, including during transitions.

In the Toddler 2 classroom, 5 children were in attendance, however, there were no children signed in. In the Toddler 1 classroom, 8 children were in attendance, however 5 were signed in. In the Rainbow classroom, 9 children were in attendance, however, 12 children were signed in. The classrooms are not doing attendance verification periodically throughout the day. Correction: Immediately, the time a child arrives must be recorded and attedance verification throughout the day must be recorded. Submit a written statement of compliance by 1/31/2025. In the Toddler 2 classroom, diaper supplies were in an unlocked cabinet under the diaper changing table, accessible to children. Correction: Immediately, all diaper supplies must be stored in areas inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of visit, the teacher locked the cabinet.
