Correction: Correct immediately. At all times all Items labeled "keep out of reach of children must be inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit staff member removed the lysol wipes, plastic bags, and sharpie, and put them in a drawer inaccessible to children. Correct by 04/15/2024
