At the time of the visit, observed several small magnet fishing game items accessible to children under the age of 3 years in the Big Playroom. Also, observed several chalk pieces in the backyard accessible to children under the age of 3 years. The items can pose a choke hazard for children under the age of 3 years. Correction: Immediately (5/28/2024) all toys, toy parts, furnishing, equipment and any materials accessible to children under the age of 3 years of age must be a choke hazard or able to be inhaled. **Corrected at the time of the visit, the provider removed all the mentioned items and made them inaccessible to children.
