At the time of visit, in room 404, three sharpie markers labeled 'keep out of reach of children' were in a pencil container in the desk area and were accessible to children. At the time of visit, in the girls bathroom, a roll of loose trash bags were on top of the paper towel dispenser and were accessible to children. At the time of visit, in room 407, a pair of adult scissors was in a plastic caddy behind the teacher's desk, and a staple remover was on top of a filing cabinet behind the teacher's desk and both were accessible to children.
