    In the Crayola 2 classroom, observed that 1 child was not signed out for a transition into the Bumble Bee classroom. Staff stated that there were 6 children in the classroom and there were only 5 children in the classroom. This is a violation of stipulation F and G on the probationary license. Probationary stipulation F states "At all times, staff members shall know the attendance of the classroom to which they are assigned. Facility Director shall be able to account for all children in care at the facility." Probationary stipulation G states "Licensee will use a name-to-face attendance verification tool (paper or electronic form) and complete attendance verification for all transitions and at frequent intervals throughout the day. Licensee shall provide training for all staff on how to use the attendance verification tool and must maintain verification of the training in each employee’s staff file."
