  102423(a)(1)(2)(4) · Personal Rights: Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee regardless of consent or authorization from the child's authorized representative. The licensee agrees that she and S1 will review the information provided through the Title 22 Regulations and the video through the departments website regarding Personal Rights.
