A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement from parents/guardians will be emailed to : emily.curiel@dss.ca.gov by 10/21/25 or the next business day that the child(ren) are in care. Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for one staff (S1) which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
