The licensee agrees to read, review and write a written statement of her understanding of the Infant Safe Sleep regulations. The licensee also agrees to have her assistant read, review and write a written statement of their understanding of the Infant Safe Sleep regulations. Based on LPA's observation where 1 infant had a blanket inside the Pac-n-Play as they slept, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The licensee agrees to provide both written statements to CCLD on or before 1/22/2026. The licensee also agrees to provide copies signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), from parents or guardians of children currently enrolled in care.
