Director stated the facility will work with the children about personal rights and the facility will be looking in to working with Start well or other options on how teachers can handle children and be more vigilant supervising. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, at 9:32 a.m., LPA observed 1 box of Raid Foggers and 1 can of Raid Ant and Roach killer on an upper shelf in the laundry room in a clear container, with no lid. Pictures were taken. Although the Raid products were inaccessible on a high shelf, facility did not lock the laundry room door with either a key or combination lock.
