Director stated she hired 2 new staff to help address the child-teacher ratio. I also have my teachers working over-time when needed. Based on LPA’s interviews, 2 out of 9 staff members disclosed that school-age classrooms have been over ratio. S3 stated S3 has had up to 15 children.
