Director provided LPA with an invoice of a Plumbing company showing the faucet was fixed on 6/21/23. Based on LPA’s interviews and observations, S4 disclosed that the sink in room #3 has not been working since April 2023. S5 stated, It hasn’t been working for a month and there has been plumbers coming to fix it. Child #1 (C1) said the sink in the classroom has not been working for a little while.
