The director will retrain staff and administration will observe on regular basis to ensure complaince with children's supervision at all times. Director will have a training agenda and will provide LPA copy of staff attending who received the training by December 28, 2021. Based on staff interviews, a staff member left napping children in the preschool room for approximately less than 5 minutes. This poses health and safety to the children in care.
